Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at livedrawstudio@gmail.com and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the product

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note:
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. Please review the size chart before purchasing.
- Minor differences in print placement, color tone, or mockup appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may require additional shipping payment to resend it.
